Do you offer a free trial for Teams?
Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day pilot with a dedicated implementation partner so you can prove ROI before you commit.
Is Goodwin Hospice Academy HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Teams and Enterprise plans include a signed BAA, HITRUST-aligned technical controls, PHI encryption at rest, session-version revocation, and MFA-required admin access.
Can we bring our own competency framework?
Yes, on the Growth plan and above. We map your existing competency framework to our learning paths so nothing has to be re-authored.
Do you integrate with our EHR?
Enterprise plans include a FHIR-agnostic EHR Data Bridge for patient-context pull. Common EHRs are supported out of the box; custom integrations are scoped during implementation.
How is CE credit handled?
Where the Academy has established CE-accredited partners, learners can convert eligible learning to CE hours. Where CE partnership does not yet exist, learning is educational-only and never falsely represented as CE credit.
